I want you guys to now, first, when should I do my first subscriber special. Whether it is 250, 500, or 1000 subscribers. Also, what should we do. There is a special video (not a Q&A), a Q&A, or a giveaway. This is my personal preference.
Do a special video at 250 subs.
Do a Q&A at 500 subs.
Do a giveaway at 1000 subs (This is a big milestone for many youtubers, and I forgot the stats, but a good 100-200 youtube channels pass this everyday, I may be wrong, but something like that. Also, you start to grow a lot after you hit that milestone, so that would be fun).
